Select Cuts
They come from young animals finished on pasture whose meat has not been matured. Select cuts may have a lower amount of fat, making them ideal for people who require lean meat. It is recommended to wait for the meat to mature for at least 15 days before consumption to better enjoy its qualities.
Premium Cuts
They come from young animals of the nelore breeds and industrial crosses that have been ended up in confinement. The Premium cuts of these animals present an excellent degree of finishing in conformation and fat coverage and their tenderness and juiciness are guaranteed as the cuts have been matured in FRIDOSA for 15 days before being released to the market.
Brangus Cuts
They come from young animals of the Brangus breed, raised on grass and ended up in confinement. The Brangus breed is a cross between animals of the Brahman breeds that confers resistance to the prevailing climatic conditions in eastern Bolivia and the Angus breed, which is undoubtedly one of the best breeds for obtaining meat that is marbled due to the genetic characteristics of this species. This synergy of qualities makes the meat more tender and tastier due to the amount of fat they have.
